Dir fällt zuhause die Decke auf den Kopf? Du wünscht Dir eine Auszeit vom Homeoffice? Du möchtest an einem inspirierenden und kreativen Ort arbeiten und Gleichgesinnte treffen? 

Im Kiwifalter findest Du Deinen individuellen Arbeitsplatz in großen, lichtdurchfluteten Räumen inklusive Babbel-Raum zum Telefonieren, CoffeeSpace für den Kaffee zwischendurch und demnächst viel Input an Workshops / Seminaren zu Themen wie New Work, New Pay & New Me. 

Zudem können wir Dir nun auch unseren Family Co-Working Space mit Kinderbetreuung im KidsSpace anbieten. Unter was gibt es Neues, kannst Du alles über unseren KidSpace mit professioneller Betreuung lesen.

Im Kiwifalter leben wir Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie. Das Co-Working Space richtet sich an SchülerInnen (ab 16 Jahren), StudentInnen und berufstätige Erwachsene. 

Lass Dich von nachhaltigem Design inspirieren

Als Social Entrepreneurs glauben wir an Nachhaltigkeit und haben den Kiwifalter mit natürlichen Materialien, wenig Plastik und vielen lokal oder secondhand gekauften Möbeln designt. 

Das Kiwifalter Gebäude ist ein zweigeschossiger ökologischer Holzbau mit viel Platz für Entfaltung auf 800 qm. Helle Räume mit großen Fenstern und Fußböden aus Holz sorgen für eine gute Raumluft und eine inspirierende Arbeitsatmosphäre.

Stadtnah arbeiten - mitten im Grünen

Das Kiwifalter Family Co-Working Space ist von der Düsseldorfer Innenstadt aus durch die Anbindung an die B8 in 15 Min mit dem PKW und in 30 Min mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle Schloss Kalkum ist nur einen Steinwurf vom Kiwifalter entfernt.

Unser Co-Working Space ist unter der Woche täglich von 8:30 bis 17:30 für Dich geöffnet. Bleib einfach solange, wie Du es brauchst!

Du kannst Dir Deinen Arbeitsplatz einfach über die kiwi Karte mit der Kiwifalter App buchen. Kaufe Dir in der App die Kiwi Karte Deiner Wahl (1er, 5er, 10er, 20er Karte) und reserviere Dir in der App unter Angebote / Hop’in für das gewünschte Datum einen Arbeitsplatz

1 Credit auf Deiner Kiwi Karte für 1 Tag im Co-Working Space! Und vielleicht findest Du auch noch den verdienten Ausgleich zu Deiner Arbeit bei einem Yoga- oder Fitnesskurs im Kiwifalter - alles buchbar mit Deiner Kiwi Karte!

The ceiling is falling on your head at home? You want to take a break from your home office? You want to work in an inspiring and creative place and meet like-minded people? 

At Kiwifalter you will find your individual workspace in large, light-flooded rooms including a Babbel room for making phone calls, CoffeeSpace for coffee in between and soon a lot of input in workshops / seminars on topics like New Work, New Pay & New Me. 

In addition, we can now offer you our Family Co-Working Space with childcare in the KidsSpace. Under what's new, you can read all about our KidSpace with professional childcare.

At Kiwifalter, we live work-life balance. The co-working space caters to high school students (16+), college students, and working adults. 

Get inspired by sustainable design

As social entrepreneurs, we believe in sustainability and have designed the Kiwifalter with natural materials, little plastic and lots of locally or secondhand purchased furniture. 

The Kiwifalter building is a two-story ecological wooden building with plenty of room to grow in 800 square feet. Bright rooms with large windows and floors made of wood ensure good indoor air and an inspiring working atmosphere.

Work close to the city - in the middle of greenery

The Kiwifalter Family Co-Working Space can be reached from Düsseldorf city center in 15 minutes by car and in 30 minutes by public transport thanks to the connection to the B8. The bus stop Schloss Kalkum is only a stone's throw away from Kiwifalter. 

Work, stay fit or relax - all with the Kiwifalter family card.

Our co-working space is open for you daily during the week from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Just stay as long as you need!

You can easily book your workspace via the kiwi card with the Kiwifalter app.

Buy the kiwi card of your choice (1, 5, 10, 20 card) via the app and reserve a workspace in the app under Offers / Hop'in for the desired date.
